Who is responsible
The controller of the data collected on junglegrowth.net is Jungle Growth, a marketing team based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any privacy question, write to us at administracion@junglegrowth.net.
What data we use
- Contact form: name, email, brand or website, the services you select and your message.
- Meeting scheduling: if you book a call, Calendly receives your name, email and the time you chose.
- Tarsán, the website guide: the questions you ask it. Before processing them we mask emails, phone numbers and long numbers, and we don't store your IP address. If the answer uses artificial intelligence, the question is sent to a provider that doesn't store it or use it to train models.
- Browsing: if you accept, usage data such as pages viewed, where you came from, device and approximate country, through measurement and marketing cookies.
We don't ask for sensitive data and the website is not intended for anyone under 18.
What we use it for
- Answering your inquiry and, if you want, preparing a proposal. Basis: your request and our interest in getting back to you.
- Measuring how the website is used and improving it. Basis: your consent in the cookie banner.
- Showing Jungle Growth ads to people who may be interested and measuring those ads. Basis: your consent.
We don't sell your data or use it for anything not described on this page.
Who we share it with
Only with providers we need to run the website, each with its own policies:
- Hostinger: website and email hosting.
- Google (Analytics, Tag Manager and Ads), Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok: measurement and advertising, only if you accept.
- Calendly: meeting scheduling, if you use it.
- DeepInfra: processes questions to Tarsán when it answers with artificial intelligence, without storing them.
Some of these providers process data outside Argentina (for example, in the United States or the European Union). We work with companies that offer adequate protection safeguards.
How long we keep it
Form messages, for as long as the business conversation lasts and up to two years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Questions to Tarsán, anonymized, up to one year. Cookies, as shown in the table.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. If you're in the European Union, you can also object to the processing, ask us to restrict it or to hand it over to you in a portable format. Write to us at administracion@junglegrowth.net and we'll reply within the legal deadlines.
The owner of the personal data has the right to access it free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as set forth in article 14, subsection 3 of Law No. 25,326.
The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the Supervisory Authority of Law No. 25,326, has the power to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by noncompliance with the rules in force on personal data protection.
Security
The website runs on an encrypted connection (HTTPS), service keys are not in the public code and only the team members who need the data can access it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If the change is significant, we'll let you know on the website.
